Job summary

Gcore in the United States is seeking an HRBP Lead/Manager to guide the HRBP team and partner with senior leaders across the company. You will shape people strategy, lead organisational design, and drive workforce planning and leadership development in a fast-paced tech environment.

You’ll use data, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to align people priorities with business goals while supporting growth, change, and inclusion initiatives across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HRBP role supporting executive or senior leaders in a fast-paced tech organisation.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Expertise in organisational design, change, and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience applying AI and automation to HR processes.
• Experience across multiple countries, including Europe/ Central Asia.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to craft and deliver people plans with clear success measures.
• Advise on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, culture, and people risks.
• Lead organisational design and change programmes from design to implementation.
• Coach leaders for growth and transformation with clear communication and engagement.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
• Forecast workforce needs and costs with Finance, balancing priorities with budgets.
