Based in New Jersey/New York or Paris, this in-office role collaborates with HR, IT, Finance, Data teams and LVMH partners to deliver standardized processes, secure data, and scalable solutions across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in HRIS, HR operations, or HR technology leadership.
• Experience managing global HRIS teams and cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and payroll interfaces.

• Define global HR systems strategy, governance, and operating rhythm.
• Own core HR platforms requirements, epics, and integrations with IT.
• Harmonize global HR processes while ensuring local regulatory needs.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for workforce insights and AI-enabled automation.
• Lead HR technology transformation programs and manage senior stakeholders.
• Oversee UAT, change management, and adoption of new capabilities.
