Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in New York seeks a strategic Director of Global HR Systems & Analytics to lead the worldwide HR technology, analytics, and insights agenda.

You will own the strategy, governance, and roadmap for core HR platforms, while advancing AI-enabled automation and self-service reporting across regions and business units. In this role you will partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and LVMH counterparts to standardize processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR technology leadership.
• Significant global HRIS leadership experience and cross-functional programs.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes across core HR, talent, compensation, payroll interfaces.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including at least one as a primary enterprise platform and working knowledge of the other in a complex global environment.
• Experience leading global implementations, upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live optimization efforts.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance, security models, controls, and privacy requirements.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and legal entities in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define global HR systems strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating rhythm.
• Own core HR platforms, define business requirements, system configuration, epics, and user stories.
• Drive harmonization and standardization of global HR processes while complying with local regulations; establish data governance.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workforce insights for operational excellence and strategic decisions.
• Lead HR technology transformation programs, including implementations and migrations; manage UAT and readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive change management, training, and adoption.
