Job description

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

The HR Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting key HR Systems users and stakeholders globally. The role involves coordinating, planning, and delivering solutions, processes, and change initiatives. The specialist drives projects, process improvements, automation, and manages related data activities aligned with the Global HR and HR Systems, IM, and data management agenda. They ensure high-quality query management and promote best practices across teams.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

  1. Deliver technical and operational aspects of the global HR systems agenda.
  2. Document, maintain, map, and improve HR systems processes and procedures within assigned focus areas.
  3. Coordinate technical and functional aspects of HR systems and databases, including Core HR, payroll, recruitment, compensation, and downstream data tools.
  4. Manage system administration activities such as permissions, workflows, configurations, testing logs, and changes.
  5. Plan and deliver change through mini-projects impacting HR.
  6. Stay updated on system features, releases, and updates, and assess their impact on processes and design.
  7. Support system users through training and upskilling initiatives.
  8. Coordinate with external HR system partners to track tickets and resolve issues.
  9. Deliver ad hoc reporting and data requirements across all group locations.
  10. Support global HR reporting, data validation, and analytics.
  11. Assist with M&A, project, and integration activities.
  12. Manage HR Systems mailbox and handle queries efficiently.
