Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Compliance & Audit Manager for the Global HR Systems team. You will manage operational risk across HR Systems, finalize and run compliance tests, and provide visibility into overall compliance.

You will coordinate with Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, Payroll, and Information Security to safeguard data and support audit requirements. You will oversee audit planning, testing, remediation, and CAPA activities, and drive continuous improvement of audit platforms and processes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with audit methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• 3+ years supporting internal/external audits, including testing, evidence collection, remediation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Systems compliance, audit, and governance programs across regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Document and assess internal controls to support audit readiness and control effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks; advise leadership on complex issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and IT to support audits and data protection.
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, findings remediation, and CAPA tracking.
• Drive adoption and improvements of the Kainos SmartAudit platform and related automation.
• Lead HR Systems audits including ISO, SOC 1, and divisional requirements.
• Produce and maintain compliance reporting and audit metrics.
