FLEXSYS AMERICA in Akron, OH is seeking an HR Analytics & Global Compensation Manager to partner with the CHRO, drive HR analytics, global compensation, and AI-enabled reporting. You will own reporting, salary structures, budgeting, and data governance across HRIS landscapes.

Requirements include 5+ years in HR analytics or compensation, strong Excel/SQL, Python, Paylocity experience, and proven project leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in HR analytics, HRIS, compensation, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles; global compensation experience a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred) and data reporting.
• Experience with AI tools and data visualization technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own HR analytics reporting and workforce insights, including headcount, turnover, hiring, and retention.
• Lead global compensation processes, salary structures, merit planning, and internal equity.
• Support budgeting, headcount planning, and workforce forecasting.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and governance across employee, job, and compensation data.
• Lead AI pilots and HR projects; prepare leadership materials.
