Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR leadership experience advising and partnering with C-suite executives in global organizations.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, and strategic consulting capability.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and senior leaders, translating strategy into people strategies across regions.
• Develop holistic people and organization strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Influence executive decisions using data, metrics, and external trends.
• Assess organizational health and capability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead large-scale organizational transformations in partnership with HR COEs.
