Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, People Partnering to serve as a strategic advisor for global corporate functions. You will design and execute HR strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and talent growth, guiding leaders across the business.

You will lead initiatives in talent planning, employee experience, compensation, and organizational development, partnering with senior leaders to drive results in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a global HR role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strong experience in talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Expertise in handling complex employee relations, compensation frameworks, and organizational development initiatives.
