Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leaders and managers across assigned business areas, aligning HR priorities with operational goals and workforce needs. You will guide organizational effectiveness and workforce planning, and provide policy interpretation and employee-relations support.

You will coach managers on performance management, develop talent, and ensure legal compliance while maintaining a positive employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing HR professionals.
• Experience supporting multi-site, operational, or field-based environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong critical thinking and judgement to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR business partner to leaders, managers, and employees across assigned business areas.
• Align HR priorities with business objectives to support performance and workforce needs.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and policy interpretation.
• Participate in business reviews and leadership discussions to provide HR insights and recommendations.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and practical solutions.
• Coach managers on performance management, development, and corrective actions.
