Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years supporting executive/senior leadership populations.
• Experience supporting global organizations across regions.
• Proven success leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive decisions through strategic people recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Leaders and Senior Leadership on business and people-related matters.
• Translate business strategies into scalable talent, workforce, and organizational plans.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support growth and transformation.
• Drive talent planning, succession management, and leadership development activities.
• Strengthen engagement and culture by partnering with leaders and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Coach leaders on performance management and development, driving accountability and feedback.
• Lead people-related aspects of transformations, restructurings, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform executive decision-making and identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate across HR, talent acquisition, total rewards and learning to provide a seamless experience across geographies.
