Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, partnering primarily with Corporate Functions. You will report to the SVP of HR and lead global people and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of HR consulting experience with senior leaders, 8+ years of team leadership, and a proven ability to influence across cross-functional ecosystems while leveraging data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR management.
• 15+ years of progressive HR consulting experience with C-suite executives in tech-related business.
• 8+ years of leading/managing teams.
• Goal-oriented, accountable, and results-driven.
• Experience shaping global HR strategies and continuous people experience improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HRBP to Corporate Functions and advise executive stakeholders.
• Partner with G&A leaders to provide direct HRBP support.
• Report to the SVP of HR and drive transformation initiatives across the global organization.
