Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, growth, transformation, and long-term objectives.

In partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and regional HR teams, you will shape practical HR solutions, use workforce data to anticipate risks, and measure progress against people-related outcomes across the global organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or related strategic HR role.
• 5+ years of experience leading change management, transformation, organization effectiveness, or workforce planning initiatives.
• Ability to coach leaders, managers, and employees through complex performance and organizational matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders by translating priorities into people strategies for performance and growth.
• Lead strategic workforce and scenario planning for client groups, identifying talent gaps and aligning plans to business strategy.
• Partner with leaders to design organization effectiveness initiatives, including operating model changes and leadership alignment.
