Bain & Company seeks a Senior Specialist to provide high-touch HR support and partnership within the GRS HR and Talent team in Dallas, TX. You will support onboarding, departures, performance management, mobility, immigration, recruiting and compensation across the employee lifecycle.

The Senior Specialist is a high-touch HR Generalist within the GRS HR and Talent team.
The Senior Specialist provides a wide range of dedicated HR support and partnership, from collaborating with HR Operations to substantial project work, across a variety of business functions and Service Lines.
The Senior Specialist partners with the HRBP team to provide consistent and effective adherence to HR policies and administration of talent management programs across the employee life cycle, including onboarding and departures, performance management, people movement, mobility and immigration, recruiting, and compensation.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).

In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000
