Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, a Healthcare Technology Transformation Group company, seeks an HR Specialist II to support the DGHP Office of the Director and its branches. The role covers recruitment coordination, SoW/PD finalization, onboarding and personnel actions across multiple programs.

You will help manage PMAS processes, interoffice communications, and global workforce support, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient staffing operations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Health or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience performing listed tasks.
• Must be able to obtain a Government Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal/external advertising for vacant/detail positions for DGHP teams, programs, and branches.
• Finalize a Statement of Work (SoW) / Position Description (PD) for posting of vacancies.
• Identify appropriate PDs for job functions across career series and grades with CDC-HRO.
• Complete Pre-Recruitment Consultation Worksheet, OF-8 forms, and Job Analysis.
• Assist with onboarding, deployment, transfer, and return to HQ for global workforce staff.
