Job summary

Heartflow seeks a seasoned Director, HR Operations & Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and administration of global HR programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive compensation, benefits, performance management, and salary administration worldwide.

You will optimize HR operations, oversee onboarding/offboarding, immigration, and mobility, and steward the HRIS ecosystem (ADP) with a focus on data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressively senior HR Ops/Benefits leadership in a public company.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of global HR programs.
• Oversee HRIS (ADP) and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Manage global benefits strategy, vendor relations, contracts and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA across jurisdictions.
• Oversee immigration and mobility workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on payroll, audits, and SOX/ISO.
