Job summary

Par Health is seeking a senior HR professional to lead HR strategy and governance across US corporate functions, commercial, R&D and regulatory affairs. You will partner with leaders to design and implement HR programs, policy, and processes that align with strategic goals and future needs of the business.

You will drive organizational development, succession planning, and talent management while supporting global HR initiatives and ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices across sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in HR as individual contributor with exposure to staffing, employee relations, compensation, learning and development; 7+ years in business partner role.
• Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with operations, business needs, org structure, roles, terminology, regulatory requirements, sales, marketing and portfolio planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy: Implement HR strategy, policy, programs, processes, and initiatives to drive the achievement of the Company’s strategic goals.
• Consult, coach and advisor to the organization providing HR support with objectivity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues to all levels of management and employees.
• Organizational Development / Learning Development: Supports org change and design; launches talent management programs aligned with performance management process.
• Global HR Initiatives: Supports projects and services for the global HR organization including Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning.
