Qualifications

• 6-8 years of project or account management experience.
• Minimum three years managing large, complex projects; global experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office; MS Project and SAP a plus.
• Experience in training or consulting focused on people performance.
• High detail orientation with ability to see the big picture.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, expenses, invoicing and timelines.
• Willingness to adhere to established processes while seeking improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction through seamless delivery of Korn Ferry solutions.
• Manage execution of large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• End-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to invoicing and closing.
• Create project plans and monitor costs, schedule, and performance.
• Manage project financials including budget, billing, time and expenses.
• Communicate project status, forecasts, variances, billings and backlog with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client contact for updates, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and document outcomes.
• Assist sales during pilots and scope the operations aspects of projects.
• Provide direction to the project support team and identify expansion opportunities.
