Growth Operators is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager - Hourly Consultant to deliver client-facing HR services across mid-sized firms in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

You will oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS/ATS implementations, and HR policy development. The role combines advisory projects and outsourced fractional work, requiring strong client communication, project management, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 6+ years progressive HR experience including at least 1-2 years in an HR Manager/Partner role.
• Experience with payroll platforms and HRIS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing for client employers and ensure accuracy.
• Administer benefits programs and HR policies across clients.
• Enhance HR processes using technology and process improvements.
• Support performance management, training, and coaching for client teams.
• Consult with clients and manage HR projects and initiatives.
