Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Org Development, Project/Portfolio Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience with strategy, governance, transformation or HR operations.
• Experience establishing, managing, and using an HR portfolio for prioritization and leadership decisions.
• Experience designing and running business/program reviews focused on outcomes, value, and risk.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build clarity in a complex global HR context.
• Strong influencing skills with senior HR leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into governance, processes, and actionable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with analytics teams to define HR program metrics and accountability.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain an enterprise-wide view of HR work across COEs, BHR, regions, and affiliates.
• Define portfolio taxonomy, data standards, ownership expectations, and governance models.
• Connect portfolio to People Strategy & Transformation and translate insights into action.
• Ensure strategic alignment, outcomes, delivery commitments, risks, and value.
