Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project or Portfolio Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including responsibility for HR strategy, portfolio management, program governance, transformation, HR operations, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to establish, manage, and use an HR portfolio to support prioritization, sequencing, governance, and leadership decision making.
• Experience designing and running business or program reviews focused on outcomes, value, risk, capacity, and forward-looking decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive global HR portfolio with visibility into strategic initiatives, run-the-business programs, and local HR services.
• Define portfolio taxonomy, data standards, ownership, and governance across COEs, BHR, regions, and affiliates.
• Lead the integration of portfolio insights into action via governance, roadmaps, and activation management.
• Design and manage quarterly portfolio reviews and decision forums to elevate conversations to impact, value, and capacity.
• Partner with analytics to define metrics and translate portfolio data into executive insights.
