You will coach managers on feedback, performance, conflict resolution, and team dynamics, and drive talent initiatives while improving HR policies and processes for an inclusive, mission-driven organization with occasional travel.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of HR experience across employee relations, performance, and policy.
• Strong judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in global organizations and supporting employees outside the U.S.

• Provide HR partnership and people practices to a global workforce.
