Job summary

Clean Air Task Force, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with a global workforce, delivering practical people practices and policy guidance in a remote work environment.

You will coach managers on feedback, performance, conflict resolution, and team dynamics, and drive talent initiatives while improving HR policies and processes for an inclusive, mission-driven organization with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience across employee relations, performance, and policy.
• Strong judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in global organizations and supporting employees outside the U.S.
