Job summary

Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent experience in compensation advisory/analysis.
5+ years of compensation experience in tech/related sectors, global scope.
Partnership, influencing, and strong communication across levels and time zones.
Highly responsive and customer service oriented.
Experience supporting a large technology organization with global compensation approaches.

Responsibilities

Act as compensation partner to global recruiting teams, HRBPs and business leaders, shaping programs and policies.
Identify gaps between current and desired states and develop strategies to resolve them.
Advise on strategic offers, promotions, international transfers, budget allocation, and retention.
Respond to comp-related questions from leaders and recruiters.
Implement ongoing compensation programs and provide deep insights to guide decision making.
Collaborate with colleagues across time zones and seniority levels.
