Qualifications

• Excellent consulting and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned organization and senior management teams to understand business strategies and build needed organization capabilities.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and talent pipeline development.
• Serve as advisor and coach on diverse people issues.
• Review and analyze business metrics on employee experience and lifecycle to recommend improvements.
• Partner with the business to lead annual review processes focusing on performance management and talent development.
• Provide compensation guidance including salary planning, promotions and re-leveling.
