Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Manager, Global HR Ops/Policy Compliance & U.S. Immigration in Pleasanton, CA. This hybrid role blends onsite collaboration at our Pleasanton headquarters with remote work flexibility, requiring presence on-site twice a week.

You will lead the Global HR Operations team of seven, oversee policy development, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and manage U.S. immigration programs while partnering with Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business-related degree required.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing a Human Resources team and/or progressive experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner with HR operations experience.
• HRIS experience required. SAP, iCIMS experience a plus.
• Must have a sense of humor!
• Onsite in Pleasanton, CA twice a week preferred (Tue & Wed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Global HR Operations and ensure policy alignment.
• Manage U.S. Immigration program and liaise with law firm.
• Develop and maintain global company policies in partnership with Legal.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure global consistency.
• Lead data governance and audit processes for HR information.
