Blackhawk Network is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to support and optimize our lead-to-customer process across Sales, Marketing, and other Revenue teams. You will analyze data, document requirements, and implement integrations and automations to improve usability and efficiency.

Hybrid work with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Pleasanton, CA, offers a blend of collaboration and focused work. You will work with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and other platforms to drive automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience in Business Systems administration and integration.
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes supporting Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
• Ability to elicit requirements and document functional and system requirements in an agile environment.
• Experience extracting data (SQL), translating, and modeling data for integration, automation, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational aspects of assigned business systems including administration, configuration, training, and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements for execution using agile methodologies.
• Analyze processes across the organization to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Configure and build integrations and automations using native integrations and middleware.
• Create and maintain data models, workflows, and diagrams to support decision-making.
