Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Sr. Director, HR Operations to lead enterprise-wide services including HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance across multiple geographies.

This executive will drive large-scale transformation, including shared services, HR technology deployments, governance, and analytics, partnering with C-suite and the board to deliver measurable business value and an optimized employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record of leading large teams and complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Extensive executive-level experience developing enterprise-wide HR operations strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives (shared services, HR tech, global standardization).
• Advanced knowledge of HR service delivery models and HRIS.
• Strong financial acumen with managing substantial budgets and cost reduction.
• Experience establishing and managing global HR operations including vendor management and outsourcing.
• Proven ability to develop HR operational metrics, analytics and reporting.
