• Oversee HR Operations and serve as a facilitator of process improvement across the administrative ecosystem.
• Strengthen the alignment of people, processes, and systems that delivers genuine change in how the school operates.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and the HR Service Center to translate progress on the technical side into a better experience for managers and staff.
