Learning Technologies Group is seeking an HR Operations Administrator to support employee lifecycle processes, HR systems maintenance and payroll coordination across LTG's global footprint. You will manage records, data accuracy, and HR workflows, partner with Payroll Lead and HR Advisors, and help deliver an employee-focused, scalable HR service.

A strong eye for detail, experience in multi-country HR operations and proficiency with Excel/HR systems are expected.

Formación

• Experience supporting HR administration, HR operations, shared services or employee lifecycle processes within a complex organisational environment.
• Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, changes, transfers and terminations.
• Experience maintaining employee records, HR documentation and personnel files with a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Process HR transactions across HR systems for hires, changes, transfers and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and personnel files.
• Support payroll coordination and benefits administration across jurisdictions.
• Prepare, validate and distribute recurring HR reports and data extracts.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
