Cadmium, LLC is seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to own the day-to-day People operations for a global team across the US, Canada, and India. This role covers HRIS accuracy, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, recruiting, and employee relations with travel up to 15%.

You will partner with an HR Manager and Specialist in India, requiring strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and Paycom HRIS experience to drive compliant, efficient People

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 4+ years of Human Resource experience preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll, benefits, and LOA administration experience
• Paycom HRIS experience preferred.
• ICHRA (CHOICE) Benefit experience preferred.
• Preferred candidate lives on East Coast and works east coast time zone.

Responsabilidades

• HR Operations and HRIS: Own maintenance of HRIS data, reporting, audits, and SOPs.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll inputs and benefits enrollments, open enrollment, leaves, COBRA.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding workflow, E-Verify, I-9s, and offboarding processes.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage requisitions, postings, and interview scheduling.
• Employee Experience and Performance: Address inquiries, coach leaders, drive performance review cycles.
