Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and track HR cases from intake through closure.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate employment materials and communications.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to support payment processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate case records with strict confidentiality.
• Use HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) to research information and update cases.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to improve quality and timeliness.
