N2G Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager based near the NJ/NY area, with periodic in-person work at our Jersey City headquarters. This hands-on role oversees the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and policy compliance, reporting to the Head of HR.

You will mentor an HR Generalist, manage HRIS data, and lead recruitment and benefits processes in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

• 5–8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.

• Ability to manage competing priorities with flexibility.
• Experience with TriNet and Lattice platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Mentor an HR Generalist and build their capability over time.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and run routine reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for questions on policies, benefits, pay, and leave.
• Handle employee relations issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Facilitate recruitment with Hiring Managers and third-party recruiters.
• Manage talent acquisition activities from postings to offers.
• Coordinate leave requests and open enrollment logistics.
• Process compensation transactions and update HRIS accordingly.
• Ensure compliance recordkeeping (I-9s, EEO, files, postings).
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding experience.
• Track performance review deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Support exit interviews and offboarding checklists.
• Support investigations and performance improvement plans.
• Troubleshoot HRIS discrepancies with TriNet.
• Coordinate immigration matters with outside counsel for work authorization.
• Draft and update HR policies and communications.
