Job summary

ofi is seeking an HR Generalist for on-site support at its New Jersey facility. The role covers staffing, benefits administration, HRIS, safety and employee relations, partnering with HR and Plant management to guide best practices in GMP, regulatory compliance, and policy interpretation.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and organizational skills. 5 days a week onsite, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years Human Resources or related experience is required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to administer employee programs and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR administrative processes and services consistently and accurately at local/area level.
• Manage full-cycle staffing processes including sourcing strategies, interviews, job offers, pre-employment processing and orientation.
• Measure staffing effectiveness including turnover analysis and action planning.
• Apply and administer HR process to ensure effective departmental coordination of those processes.
• Ensure all timekeeping and payroll practices are in accordance with state and federal labor laws, including company policies.
• Coordinate LOA administration and support leave management.
