We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Human Resources (HR) to serve as a key member of the Executive Team. This role is ideal for a bold, people-centric leader who believes that exceptional employee experiences fuel exceptional business results.

As a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, the VP of Human Resources will align our people strategy with business objectives, culture, and values across a rapidly growing, global organization. The VP of Human Resources is a visible, influential leader and passionate advocate for employee experience.

Operating in fast-paced, multi-location environments, this role drives value by intentionally aligning strategy, structure, people, and processes to support organizational success. This role sits at the heart of culture, leadership, and execution. You will directly influence how leaders lead, how employees experience work, and how the organization performs globally and at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global people strategy aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and business priorities.
  • Lead the annual global human resource strategic planning process to optimize engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive and site leadership to ensure people strategies are effectively executed across all locations.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global HR strategy.
  • Build a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, accountability, recognition, and continuous development.
  • Champion transparent communication, feedback, and employee listening mechanisms.
  • Provide strategic leadership for global talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Advance data-driven hiring and retention strategies using modern tools and technology.
  • Drive a world-class candidate and employee experience through strong partnerships with business leaders.
  • Establish accountability for quality of hire and retention throughout the employee lifecycle.
HR Operations & Governance
  • Set strategic direction for compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Oversee HR budgets, vendor relationships, and contingent workforce strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with international, federal, and state employment laws.
  • Coach and guide leaders on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Global Consistency & DEIB
  • Align policies and practices across regions to deliver a consistent employee experience.
  • Lead through a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) lens.
  • Stay current on global HR trends, legislation, and best practices.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 7+ years in senior leadership roles focused on talent management
  • Global HR and Talent Acquisition strategy expertise
  • BPO experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, workforce planning , and organizational development
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple locations and cultures
  • Deep understanding of international, federal, and state employment laws
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%)
