Molex is seeking a Global HR Leader for the Enterprise Segment to drive people strategies for the CSBU and related divisions from its Lisle, IL headquarters. You will partner with senior leaders to align people priorities with business goals across regions and sites.

We are seeking a Global HR Leader, Enterprise Segment to support the Enterprise segment of our Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU). CSBU designs and manufactures high-speed cable and connector products used for AI compute and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers such as AWS, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Alibaba, Bytedance and others. This business is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead strategic and operational HR initiatives to support Enterprise, CSBU, our Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division (DSS), and Molex’s overall goals. This role will be based on-site at our Lisle, IL headquarters along with many of our Enterprise segment leadership team members.

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
