You will partner with global HR and Corporate Communications, ensure payroll accuracy, lead performance processes, and deliver diverse HR initiatives, while maintaining compliance with employment laws. This role requires 10+ years of hands-on HR experience and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of global employment laws and regulatory reporting.
• Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with payroll, HRIS and employee relations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support change management initiatives arising from business transformation and strategic projects.
• Act as trusted advisor on leadership, employee engagement, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory reporting in the US.
• Manage employee relations and engagement activities in the US, including investigations.
• Deliver US engagement initiatives with global HR and Corporate Communications teams.
• Collaborate with Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Coordinate payroll checks and ensure accuracy and timely administration.
• Lead HR projects including performance management, HR metrics, and HRIS implementation.
• Support recruitment process: review resumes, schedule interviews, onboard new hires.
