You will align talent and organizational strategies, drive workforce planning, and lead cross-regional projects ensuring governance and operational continuity.

The role requires US work authorization, 5+ years HR experience, and ability to travel to field sites. Spanish language skills are a plus; strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership with BU leadership across Mexico, Alaska, and US Corporate areas.
• Lead workforce planning, change management, and capability development programs.
• Governance, compliance, and cross-country project delivery within P&O.
• Prepare and present executive reports and workforce analytics to leadership.
