Job summary

Omnitech S.A. and Evelent SW AB seek a Global HR Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations across Greece, Sweden, India and China. You will manage the full hiring journey, coordinate interviews across time zones, and support new hires through onboarding and probation.

This is a hands-on, fully remote role with reporting to the CEO. You will build KPIs, benchmark salaries and strengthen our employer brand as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR and recruitment experience, incl. 3+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience in a large, structured organisation (Amazon, Flipkart, Google, PwC) or similar multinational.
• Proven hiring experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics, retail or technology.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries, incl. remote teams.
• Strong skills in drafting employment contracts, offer letters and HR policies.
• Experience designing KPIs and incentive schemes.
• Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed and an ATS.
• Very organised and able to manage many roles and candidates at once. English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Plan hiring with the CEO and dept managers; set priorities for vacancies.
• Understand role requirements and responsibilities; write job descriptions and ads.
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other boards; source candidates.
• Screen CVs; provide clear, ranked shortlists; run interviews.
• Coordinate tech and management interviews across time zones.
• Conduct reference checks when needed; keep candidates informed.
• Manage salary discussions and prepare offers within approved limits.
• Ensure onboarding on agreed dates and monitor probation.
