Job summary

PSG, part of the Dover Corporation, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support corporate functions across Finance, Operations, Digital Solutions, and Marketing/Engineering. You will help roll out HR policies, manage talent development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations for the organization and the global HR team.

You will partner with site HR leaders, manage the US Internship program, ensure global hosting program compliance, and support the Workday system and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline; 5 years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate PSG employees across HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HRIS.
• Implement and administer HR policies aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Dover recruitment teams through recruitment and onboarding.
