Job summary

PSG, a Dover company, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the corporate HR team across PSG functions including Finance, Operations, Digital Solutions, and Marketing/Engineering. You will help roll out HR policies, manage talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations within the Global HR framework.

You will partner with hiring managers and the Dover recruitment team on recruitment and onboarding, manage the US Internship program, and ensure HRIS data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in corporate environment.
• Experience with Workday and ADP preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of federal labor law and compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support PSG corporate employees across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HRIS.
• Implement and administer HR policies and programs aligning with goals and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Dover recruitment team through recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage US Internship program and coordinate opportunities with site HR leaders.
• Ensure compliance with global hosting program and support HRIS Workday system.
• Partner with marketing/communications to enhance employer brand and social media presence.
• Provide guidance on HR matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints when needed and recommend actions.
• Support benefits enrollment, changes, and liaison with Dover benefits team.
• Assist with M&A due diligence and integration activities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in HRIS and stay updated on HR trends.
