Qualifications

• Progressive experience in HR business partnership, site HR, employee relations, talent management, or equivalent area within HR.
• Experience collaborating with leaders in a matrixed, technical, manufacturing, engineering, or global environment.
• Ability to use data, judgment, and business understanding to solve problems and influence decisions.
• Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a changing environment.
• Proficiency using AI to improve workflows and work efficiency in daily and project/program-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HBM Leader and Richardson site leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and workforce plans.
• Advise leaders on HR policies, processes, organizational effectiveness, engagement, change management, performance, and experience.
• Support leader and team development through core people programs, onboarding, retention, and engagement actions.
• Use workforce data and insights to assess engagement, culture, leadership capability, and organizational health; identify risks and actions.
• Connect site and leaders with HR partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned people solutions.
• Strengthen the Richardson site experience as it grows, including new hires, leader transitions, and site communications.
