Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an in-person, full-time Human Resources leader in Draper, UT (relocation provided) to guide a team of HR professionals and drive talent strategy across client groups. You will align HR programs with business needs, oversee compensation analyses, and partner with COEs to deliver essential HR initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, strong communication, project management, and proven people management in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent HR experience as per Edwards criteria.
• Demonstrated track record in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to implement HR strategy within budgets and compliance.
• Act as strategic thought partner for client groups to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Partner with HR Management or COE's to forecast workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build a high-performing organization.
• Lead or partner with COE's to deliver HR programs for client groups.
• Participate in interview/selection of talent and conduct compensation analysis to drive competitive offers.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify training or coaching needs and develop solutions with COE's.
• Perform other incidental duties.
