Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or business required.
• Progressive HR leadership experience with senior leaders.
• Strategic HR partner in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting multiple corporate/global functions.
• Strong executive presence with high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum.
• Data-driven with workforce insights to inform decisions.
• Experience in organizational design, talent planning, succession.
• Sound judgment navigating sensitive people matters.
• thrives in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.

• Serve as primary HR business partner to senior executives across global functions.
