You will partner with HAM leadership to align organizational structure with strategic objectives, and drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development across a global, multi-cultural footprint.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Manufacturing sector experience; global/multinational exposure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-location teams and drive change.

Aufgaben

• Mentor and empower a leadership team across cultures and time zones.
• Oversee talent assessment, career development and succession planning; performance management systems.
• Direct recruiting to ensure optimal hiring and onboarding success.
• Lead people aspects of M&A processes including due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop KPIs, metrics and scorecards to align with strategic business goals.
• Strategize compensation and retention programs to boost morale and retention.
• Develop and implement employee relations and counseling strategies.
• Partner with managers to ensure decisions reflect Hubers culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with wage-hour laws and conduct regular audits.
