Job summary

MJMC, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to serve as a strategic HR partner for multiple sites and employee populations, focusing on talent development and employee experience.

This role balances day-to-day HR partnership with enterprise-level SME responsibilities to strengthen leadership capability and culture. The candidate will drive HR policies, performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives while ensuring compliant and consistent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and business partnership responsibilities.
• 2+ years of experience supporting multiple locations, business units, companies, or employee populations.
• Experience with HR technology platforms, performance management systems, employee survey tools, workforce analytics, and reporting dashboards.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned leaders, employees, business units, companies, and locations, providing strategic and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, accountability, communication, team effectiveness, and workplace concerns.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, retention strategies, succession planning, career pathing, and employee development.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements across assigned employee populations.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, corrective actions, performance concerns, complaints, and separations.
• Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to understand workplace dynamics, identify opportunities for improvement, and support a positive employee experience.
