Job summary

Marquee Brands seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources in New York to act as a strategic partner to executives and leaders. This role combines high-level influence with hands-on execution across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and culture-building.

The ideal candidate brings both business acumen to shape strategy and operational rigor to run HR programs day-to-day across US and UK teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with executives to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Provide coaching on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Design and implement HR programs to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles and build talent pipelines.
• Own performance review cycles and drive development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and bonus decisions.
• Ensure HR operations, compliance, and HRIS data integrity.
• Champion culture, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
