Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services and managing HR operations outside the U.S. is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee benefits programs, assisting with health insurance and 401(k) resources.
• Act as a point of contact for employee benefits-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records for visa-related employees and ensure compliance.
