Imperative Logistics Group is seeking a Director, Human Resources - International to lead HR strategy and execution across the United States and Mexico. You will partner with the President and leadership to enhance culture, engagement, and performance while building scalable people programs aligned with the company HR strategy.

The role blends strategic and hands-on work, guiding workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in complex environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving people strategies.
• Experience with multi-site operations and dispersed populations.
• Proven record of leading organizational change and scalable HR programs.
• Experience leading HR teams and developing HR talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor on talent, organizational design, and change management.
• Build relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Lead employee experience during mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Develop and coach local HR team members and ensure day-to-day operations.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations with a business-focused approach.
• Plan staffing and retention strategies with business leaders.
• Lead change management for growth and process improvements.
• Develop scalable HR programs, processes, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
