Imperative Logistics Group is seeking a Director, Human Resources - International to lead HR strategy across the United States and Mexico. You will partner with the business unit President and leadership to drive talent, workforce planning, and culture in a growing international segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, or complex operations.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders and translating business objectives into people strategies.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations with geographically dispersed employees.
• Experience leading organizational change and workforce transformation.
• Experience building scalable HR processes, programs, and infrastructure.
• Experience leading HR teams and developing HR talent.

Responsabilités

• Align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning across U.S. and Mexico.
• Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders on talent, organizational design, and change management.
• Build strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Lead employee experience initiatives related to integrations and transformations.
• Coach and develop local HR team members and ensure day-to-day HR operations.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with a business-centered approach.
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and retention strategies.
• Lead change management for growth and process improvements.
• Develop scalable HR programs and processes to support growth and operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
