Imperative Logistics is seeking a Director of Human Resources - International to partner with the President and leadership across the US and Mexico. This leader will shape people strategies, develop scalable programs, and drive workforce performance while aligning with the broader HR strategy.

The role requires deep experience in complex operational environments and a track record of transforming organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, transportation, distribution, supply chain, or similarly complex environments.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and translating business objectives into effective people strategies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational priorities across U.S. and Mexico operations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted business partner on talent, organizational design, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Lead employee experience activities related to mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop local HR team members while ensuring effective execution of day-to-day HR operations.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives with the broader HR team.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with a balanced, business-focused, and employee-centered approach.
• Partner with business leaders to assess workforce needs and develop effective staffing and retention strategies.
• Lead change management efforts related to organizational growth, process improvements, and business transformation.
• Develop and implement scalable HR programs, processes, and policies that support continued growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations to business leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, innovation, high performance, and continuous improvement.
